Resort Reservations & Our Policy
We are pleased you’ve decided to be our guests this year in one of our Minnesota lake cabins. To check our current availability or to make your reservation, please call us at 1-800-495-8437. You may also complete our online Check Availability Form (this is not your reservation form and does not make or confirm a reservation. It is only for informational purposes). Click here for Reservation Form. If you send in this form and do not receive a response within 24 hours please call us at 1-800-495-8437 as sometimes our computer grows a mind of its own.
Because our reservations change rapidly you must phone in your reservation prior to sending in the reservation form. Once we have confirmed your reservation by phone, we ask that you send in the secure online reservation form or if you prefer to mail in the reservation form click here and mail it to Lakewood Lodge, 53026 County Road 35, Deer River, MN 56636. We will hold a cabin for 6 days to allow the reservation form and monies to be mailed in. If the form and deposit is not received in that time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Reservations will not be confirmed until we receive a completed and signed reservation form and all deposits due. We will e-mail or mail a confirmation to you once all the required information is received. All persons staying in the cabin must be listed on the reservation form and you must be 21 years old and have a valid credit card to reserve a cabin. Thank you.
Deposits will not be refunded. You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please email us with any questions at reservations@lakewoodlodge.com. If you must cancel your reservation we will do our best to re-book it. You are responsible for all remaining balances of your reservation.
Credit Card
Information Policy
You must provide a credit card number even if you are paying via check or money order. Include your credit card number on the reservation form. Lakewood Lodge must have this information in order to confirm a reservation, and the credit card must be in the name of the person making the reservation. Your submission of a reservation form signifies your agreement to abide by all of our reservation policies and serves as your signature on all credit card processing receipts for deposits and payments due.
Pet Policy
No animals are allowed except for Hunting Dogs during Minnesota Duck/Grouse Hunting Seasons only. Dogs are NOT allowed in the cabins at any time. ALL dogs must have prior approval. If you would like to bring a dog, it must have proof of all shots, be flea-free, must be leashed or chained up and must be cleaned up after. We require a $200 refundable pet deposit (deposit is refunded following inspection of resort grounds after checkout). You are financially responsible for any damages caused by your pet.

Please respect these times so that we can properly clean all cabins, boats and have the resort properly maintained and ready.
No early arrivals or late departures. No Exceptions! Please Notify us if you will be arriving after lodge hours.

- A dock space with electricity for your boat is included with each cabin rental. Please reserve in advance, our dock spaces are on a first come first served basis.
- Bring your own towels and soaps all other linens are provided.
- Please request linens for futons on your reservation form.
- Please request cribs or high chairs on your reservation form.
- No ATV's allowed on resort grounds without pre-approval.
- No Jet Skis or Wave Runners allowed.
- No Smoking in any of Lakewood Lodge cabins or lodge. You may smoke outside or in the screen porch with windows and doors closed.
Information posted on our website is accurate at the time of posting. Substitutions and or modifications to any/all information may be made at the discretion of Lakewood Lodge. Please Note: Lakewood Lodge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Rates include the number of people as stated for each cabin. An extra person charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number. The maximum number of persons cannot be exceeded.
